Withdrawals

At 12BET.com, we adhere to a strict professional conduct in processing payment transactions with our customers. In order to protect our customers from fraudulent situations, we will need to obtain necessary information required in accordance with our Withdrawal Policy.
  1. You can only withdraw in the currency that you are currently registered in your betting account.
  2. All withdrawal can only be made in the name and details as registered.
  3. You are required to bet at least 100% of the deposit amount before you can request a withdrawal. All rejected, voided, draw and tie bets shall be excluded in the calculation of turnover requirements. If this betting condition is not met, there will be a 20% administrative fee imposed for withdrawal.
  4. We reserve the right to request for further information pertaining to member's account such as:
  5. A copy of your passport displaying the photograph and passport number; or
  6. A copy of your driving license displaying the driving license number; or
  7. A copy of a government-issued photo ID card showing the photograph and ID number.
  8. We reserve the right to modify the mode or method of payment for your withdrawal (fund-out) request at our sole and absolute discretion and to deduct part or all of the fund transfer charges incurred as a result thereof. The Company shall inform the Customer of its decision by e-mail. The Company?s decision is final and binding.
STEP 1 
You may withdraw via wire transfers by updating your banking details in the Update Bank Details sub-section of the Manage Account section.
STEP 2
Select Wire Transfer under the Withdrawal button and enter all the requested information, then click the "Request Payout" button.
* If it is your first withdrawal request via wire transfers, we may request for one or more of the following documents and procedures:
  • A copy of your photographic identity card, passport or driving license with clear visible photograph must be submitted before and held on file.
  • Please allow us 3 business days for this information to be reviewed and verified prior to our Finance team processing your withdrawal.
STEP 1
If you have deposited funds to your 12BET.com account via Moneybookers you will also be able to withdraw funds via Moneybookers. You will not be charged for withdrawals via Moneybookers. Withdrawals via Moneybookers are available to 12BET.com customers with USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CHF or SGD account.
STEP 2
Select Moneybookers under the Withdrawal button. Input the amount you intend to withdraw and your Moneybookers Email, then click the "Request Payout" button.
* We will review your request and once everything is in order, the withdrawal will be processed by our Finance Department. Your request will be credited to your Moneybookers account within 24 hours and an e-mail will be sent to you informing you of your successful withdrawal.
STEP 1
If you have deposited funds to your 12BET.com account via NETELLER you will also be able to withdraw funds via NETELLER. You will not be charged for withdrawals via NETELLER. Withdrawals via NETELLER are available to 12BET.com customers with USD, EUR or GBP account.
STEP 2
Select NETELLER under the Withdrawal button. Input the amount you intend to withdraw and your NETELLER account ID, then click the "Request Payout" button.
* We will review your request and once everything is in order, the withdrawal will be processed by our Finance Department. Your request will be credited to your NETELLER account within 24 hours and an e-mail will be sent to you informing you of your successful withdrawal.
STEP 1
If you have deposited funds to your 12BET.com account via NETELLER 1-PAY you will also be able to withdraw funds via NETELLER 1-PAY. You will not be charged for withdrawals via NETELLER 1-PAY. Withdrawals via NETELLER 1-PAY are available to 12BET.com customers with RMB account.
STEP 2
Select NETELLER 1-PAY under the Withdrawal button. Input the amount you intend to withdraw and your NETELLER 1-PAY account ID, then click the "Request Payout" button.
* We will review your request and once everything is in order, the withdrawal will be processed by our Finance Department. Your request will be credited to your NETELLER 1-PAY account within 24 hours and an e-mail will be sent to you informing you of your successful withdrawal.

* We will review your request and once everything is in order, the withdrawal will be processed by our Finance Department. Your request will be credited to your China debit card account within 24 hours and an e-mail will be sent to you informing you of your successful withdrawal.

Select online banking from the Withdrawal button if you wish to withdraw to your bank account with one of the banks mentioned above. Input the amount you intend to withdraw and your required bank details, then click the "Request Payout" button.
* We will review your request and once everything is in order, the withdrawal will be processed by our Finance Department. Your request will be credited to your online banking account within 24 hours on working days and an e-mail will be sent to you informing you of your successful withdrawal.

We will process all withdrawal within 24 hours. The processing time may be subjected to further processing and clearing times of respective third party payment solution providers.
